What is our process?
Before we consider potential candidates we ensure that they are compliant and they have the following documents in place:
- IELTS English test.
- Police clearance valid within 3 months.
- Validation of training certificates.
- TB test.
- Full employment history.
Once we have interviewed the candidate and you offer them employment, we would support with the following:
- Travel arrangements.
- NI registration.
- Opening a UK bank account.
- GP registration.
- UK accommodation if required.
Fees and Charges
- Vine Social Care Agency Limited reserves the right to charge administrative fees, which cover the cost of documentation verification, practical training, adaptation, company car insurance, accommodation, ID badge, uniform, DBS and other miscellaneous costs.
- As an incentive, Vine Social Care Agency Limited will issue a full refund of the administration fee after two years of continuous employment under Vine Social Care Agency Limited.
- We will provide a Certificate of Sponsorship once all checks and candidate compliance have been verified.
- We do not process Visa’s. Visa’s are processed and issued by the Home Office therefore the final decision lies with them.
- The process takes at least 18 weeks as per Home Office guidelines.
- Administration charges will only be refunded before any submissions are made to the Home Office.

- Vine Social Care Agency Limited pays for ALL Immigration Skills charges.
