Providing Specialist Assistance

Much of our work involves liaison with care homes and independent living centres where we provide individual residents with a higher level of care when extra help is needed. We can also provide valuable staff assistance during busy times of the day and when staffing levels require some external support. While our principal services involve the day-to-day care of older people in their own homes (and in care homes), we also provide a range of specialist services, which include Alzheimer's and dementia care, convalescence care, and respite care, for families who need a break from day-to-day caring duties. We work closely with medical and social agencies, charities, and care groups.

Skilled Staff

Finding the best care for individual family needs is vital. All of our care staff are highly trained, empathetic, passionate, understanding, and able to provide highly person-centred care. Each individual who applies is rigorously screened and scrutinised to ensure that they are suitable for the role. This includes; DBS checks, a full health declaration, full working history, and detailed reference checks and annual reviews with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to practice. This will enable us to identify the character, qualities, and capabilities of the staff. Our care workers come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds and are of varying experience and expertise. 

Here at Vine Social Care Agency, we conduct regular quality assurance home visits to ensure that our staff are providing the service that has been agreed. We believe in involving families, carers, and nurses from our very first point of contact through assessments and the provision of care. We also support carers with information of where they can get help.
